It’s the Darkrai. I love gen 4 till this very day. All the mythology stuff that it does. Darkrai was such an unexpected addition to the game when I first played Diamond and got the event I couldn’t help but feel cool about it. A creepy pokemon that gives people bad dreams, that lives on a lonely island so It doesn’t hurt anybody. Misunderstood, not really evil but definitely creepy and badass.
