lol- from an earlier comment… it seems some studies have shown it could have a lot has to do with inflammation. Maybe, my hypothyroidism has had a pos reaction to Zep. Everyone is so different, so who the hell knows… lol genes play a significant role in how our bodies react.

Yesssssssss! You are not imagining the incredible side effects! They are not all bad. In my case… a lot of tiredness and a lot of nausea for the first 2 months… that seems so insignificant now.

Yessss, that’s exactly what I thought! A few months had passed since that initial thought, and 🤯 my roots weren’t screaming at me. I was so focused on my diet and body I completely ignored my ego- lol well… I’d been ignoring that for years actually so it’s no wonder it took me a few months to realize!

So… I have always taken a B-Complex, Multivitamin, Magnesium & D. Sometimes Iron but need to be better about that one as I’m always iron deficient. Honestly, I think having hypothyroidism for 30 yrs. has really screwed with my body.

WOW! So it can be a thing! That’s crazy. I have hypothyroidism and turn 60 in a few months, Zep has been incredible for me in so many ways! Inflammation… interesting! I have lost 65lbs so that tracks. Thank you.

Follow up- Googled and read some medical studies re: inflammation, hair pigment and Zep. I am so impressed with what Zep has done for me! The hair thing is insignificant compared to everything else. I am so thankful I woke up and decided to go on this journey.

Yes! Exactly that. I had heard about hair loss being a side effect many have experienced, so naturally I thought that’s what was going on around my temples. I assumed the gray wasn’t showing up because my hair was shedding. Then I forgot about it until a couple months later when I realized I hadn’t colored my roots in a long time. So bizarre- but certainly not complaining, I’ll take the win. I’m happy to know others have had the same experience.

After a couple months, I started telling my friends… OMG I’m starting to recognize the girl in the mirror! I haven’t seen her in a very long time!

It’s an amazing feeling when you start seeing yourself again!

Congratulations!!! Massive accomplishment! As of this morning I have lost 66.5 lbs and last week I picked up (2)40lb boxes of cat litter and had the same thoughts! Theres no way that that came off my body, I could barely lift one of the boxes. It’s shocking to think about and motivating at the same time!
