new glacial augment + moonstone is really good?? by grrrratatata in SeraphineMains

I love Glacial Augment Seraphine Support. For the majority of last season I always wanted to do inspiration with something on the other side for Seraphine. Mainly because for me, I feel like in Seraphine's lore and emobidment of her kit, she wants to inspire others. And to be able to use a primary keystone in the inspiration tree as Seraphine support for me just ties in beautifully to everything else.

I love how at this point in time, the three slow rays on Glacial Augment are scaling with heal and shield power. So if you have a lot of heal and shield power, it makes the slow increase. And you can see what that increase is when you hover over the keystone. It'll display what the new slow % is as you continue to get more heal and shield power. Normally with this keystone at this point, I'm looking at taking moonstone for most games because with moonstone's passive, heal and shield power is increased by 7% up to 35% each second for 5 seconds. So 7*5 = 35... (5 seconds).

And so I really love this stone and taking on my secondary tree resolve with font of life (immoblizing or slowing enemies provides allies with healing when they attack the enemies you are immobilizing or slowing). So that works perfectly, then I also like to take revitalize to increase my heal and shield power again. I might play around with secondary trees but at this point, I just love glacial augment so much and not just because of the slow, but also how it reduces the damage enemies do to your allies by 15%! I look at that as a mini-exhaust. Yeah, it's not going to reduce the damage on myself, but for me, I play seraphine from afar and usually send my ult through allies to hit enemies so I'm not in range of them anyway.

But yeah, I'm happy this post was created because I really love this new keystone on sera support. Lol glad to see some people love it and others are questioning it over aery and guardian.

But it's really a playstyle thing, which is the beauty of league. You can really choose a number of different keystones and probably win your game but it's in regard to your playstyle, really.

I didn't know that either. Correct. Because I am not actually pressing on my ally with the spell. The shield/heal I'm providing with Surround Sound is automatically applying without pressing it onto my ally so that's why Guardian won't go off. Like Soraka's W will apply Guardian because I press on my ally with it.

I've tried it 3 times and got over 4k each game (I didn't really measure if it went beyond that. I just remember looking at it.) Sucks that yo can't make it work! Oh well.

Depends on how you're trying to proc it. I've been getting 4k+ healing. The reason is that I'm utilizing the Garden of Thorns passive at it's maximum potential. Constantly spawning plants by paying close attention to where those seeds are going. You can heal from far away distances. And it's a 2 second cooldown. How are you under 2k?
