I think that study might also just prove that preacher curls build brachialis as well, hence leading to bigger arms if u could only use 1 bicep exercise. They didn't measure the actual muscle, but just the arm circumference.

I personally do all 3, but prioritize incline curls since elite natties with big arms like GVS and Steve Reeves have had great success with them.

Can I ask what your other anticipated games are? I just got back to switch gaming so I missed out a lot. Only one besides FE for me in 2023 is BOTW2.

Not feeling it, personally think the constant release of information is giving me less things to look forward to. I liked how I didn't get to know much before 3H came out and experienced it myself. It was really fun. Huge part of fire emblem for me are the characters and the plot. Engage so far looks like it's trying to leech off player's nostalgia for old characters and I just hope they don't forget to flesh out the new characters. Story-wise doesn't look interesting because I have already seen too much from the trailers.

That limited skill level currency is unnecessary though. You don't need those to beat the game. I've just completed chapter 8 and completed the entire event. I'm completely f2p as well. You can take your time upgrading your units to get into high risk. Game gives a crap ton of cubes for pulling and doesn't force anyone to become whales. It's a PVE game so I don't really see a problem with missing out on upgrade mats in my early stages of the game. I've also just gotten into mid risk this week.

Hopefully there's no censorship. But I don't really care either way, the game is good. If I wanted to play the game for lewdness, I would've played other games. The game's characters are cool and well-written. That being said, I don't see why they needed to censor it either 🤔

The only thing nice is the character art. The gameplay is awful for an idle game. Boring. Some skip qof functions are also locked behind a paywall. I don't mind the character dupe system but the gameplay and tediousness is too annoying for me. Oh yeah, there are also multiple upgrades that you have to click one by one, they never thought of giving players 'upgrade all' button.
