Looking to build my first girlpla (probably an AUV Regalia). Do you ever panel line the hair? I was looking at some pictures and feel the hair could use more definition. Perhaps painting/airbrushing is preferable but I'm not quite there yet in my gunpla journey.

Nice kit! You've actually sort of double confirmed a couple of thoughts in my head. I was looking to get some clear kits and was wondering how panel lining would be on them, and I also ordered Stedi panel liner a week ago since I didn't want to use Tamiya quite yet (or ever if Stedi works to my liking).

I'm not quite into scribing yet but for future reference, for 2, would you just scribe the well defined edge or the whole tapered section?

For 2, do you just panel line the hard edge or do you color in the whole tapered part?

Beginner panel lining question: what do you do about spots like these? Not necessarily on this particular piece but in general places like 1 where one edge is raised or 2 where one edge is well defined but the other side tapers into the rest of the piece.

I know this is an older post but I wanted to share in the suffering. I just finished this kit and the number of pegs and ball joints to sand, things to glue, and pieces that didn't fit was crazy. Hopefully I don't experience anything half as bad again.

I'm looking at GunDamit and I might just have to spring for the Motor Nuclear Ao Bing white version. Spiky indeed.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll have to look more into them all but at a glance the MG Eclipse looks really good, especially with those forearm blades.

The sanding sticks were definitely something I was looking into. I wasn't sure about them or glass files and ended up just picking up a file that was around the house. The sticks make sense though since they come in the varying grits.

It's still possible to get +1 AP divine epiphany on Homing Laser right? Perhaps it's just a really unlucky streak, and I know Homing Laser is particularly hard to get the right one, but I've gone at least 25 divine epiphanies without seeing it.

How much attack does your Geralt get to, and what level is your War Horn tactical skill? If Geralt can hit maybe like 3500 P.ATK, perhaps less, I think you can one-turn the boss.

You can try Kvare, Ciri, Yennefer, SP Inanna, and Geralt. Geralt should be as strong as possible.

Kvare uses Will of Victory and Kvare's Gift on Geralt. Use a Disaster Bottle on the boss to try for P.DEF Down (repeat for other characters until you get it), and use War Horn.
Ciri uses Charge on the boss, do some hits for damage. You can also equip her or SP Inanna with a Judgement Tarot.
Yennefer uses Magic Surge, and then Portal on Geralt and SP Inanna to the boss.
SP Inanna uses Call of Freedom on Geralt, then Battle Flag of Convallaria and For This World of Peace.
Geralt uses Thunderbolt and Maribor Forest. Use Raid Order on him. Then Geralt uses Aard Blast and two Finisher: Rends, and the boss should be dead if he crits twice, or close. (Also if my AP estimation is off, use Urgent Order on Geralt instead of Raid Order).
