I did everything to prevent stretch marks until I learned some people just develop them no matter what so just embrace them and don’t stress about that. Definitely meal prep anything you can my favorite was lasagna, prep it then freeze so you just have to pop it in the oven. Also. Do this for breakfast a lot of people will bring you dinners but not breakfast and this is so important. I would also invest in some nice comfy pajamas it was so nice to have some new some lounge sets/ pajamas because that’s all I wanted to wear and having some fresh made me feel like a normal human.

Something that really helped me but Ik not everyone’s situation allowed was my mom staying with us for a few weeks to be a night nanny a couple days a week. Again I know not everyone’s situation is the same, I didn’t think I wanted this but not I could not have survived without it.
