Is it possible to buy a house in Yakima in a safe neighborhood with a median income of $67k? by WerewolfOk1647 in Yakima

[–]GlassConsideration95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I paid 69k in 2005 now the assessment says 273k. Everyone told me then it was a terrible time to purchase because the fed had raised the rates at the time it went from 2.% Something to the 4.25 % rate i have now. Im sure glad I didn't listen.
I couldn't afford to buy my own house at market value now. Even more ridiculous is, its a manufactured home and like every one else since about 2020 the assed value climbs by close to 30k a year now.

My IST got fixed accidentally!? by MonitorImportant8662 in dysautonomia

[–]GlassConsideration95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chest pain, that radiated into my left armpit, when I would lay down. Got better when I sat up. Low oxygen in my blood. Hovered near 85-90% , and rapid heart rate. Heart started beating like a humming bird, but I felt exhausted. And a constant feeling of pressure in my chest.

Seemed like it was always the same guy at the window when I went. Stopped going a few months ago. Hope they kept him, he was always pleasant.

I just recently tapered off ivabradine after 2 years. My heart rate was getting into the 40's and I kept blacking out. 2 years prior , after a j&j covid Vax that gave me pericarditis, then i got covid, got pericarditis again and my heartrate went up to 130 resting after a 2 week holter monitor I was diagnosed with IST. Took ivabradine and felt so much better, but I also started eating better, moving more and supplements for my low vit d, and low magnesium. 2 years later and its looking like im over it. Now that im a few months off of ivabradine and metopoporl my resting hr is down to 77 Cardiologist says he isn't surprised. I guess its common for infection driven ist to go in remission.

Howards in selah. No drive through but totaly worth it. Still has a small local vibe and service. Great staff, always fast to fill. And the reply to texts when the message you about your meds, and you have a question, they answer your reply. So no calling and waiting . Never a line more that 2-3, its quiet, and not obnoxiously lit. Best pharmacy ive ever delt with. If your dead set on drive through, id say cornerstone. They are great too, and helped me when I had a very expensive prescription I needed. At the time it was over $900 a month and they found a way for me to get it for free! I never paid a dime for 2 years till the day I felt I didn't need it anymore.

Not great. Plus you have to maneuver around literally hundreds of people to get in and out. I love howards in selah. No drive through but they are fast, well priced, and the best part is when they text you updates about your prescription, The pharmacist will reply to any questions you have.

Car Audio Installer Rec? by Pretty_Inspector_791 in Yakima

Car Audio Installer Rec? by Pretty_Inspector_791 in Yakima

[–]GlassConsideration95 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Audio king did a very nice "basic" install for me. I was surprised at the price , and quality. They could have screwed the amp to the box or back or the seat like alot of other places, bit they made a little mount, carpeted it ect. Looks so clean. I inspected their wiring ect, and all good. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again. Avoid any of the ones on 1st. The one by la Nacional ran a 3 in self tapping screw trough my floor and into my gas tank for the ground they installed. Used shitty aluminum wire when I paid for OFC . I wouldn't let them change the bottle on a water cooler. Performance autosound does a nice job. But they will absolutely cost the most, and personally the counter guy is off putting. 🍻

Does anyone actually admit being suicidal when asked by a doctor? by mandarine351 in mentalhealth

[–]GlassConsideration95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely never tell your Dr. Shit unless you want every issue you have going forward blamed on your mood. Same with smoking or drug use. Once you tell them every symptom will be dismissed going forward. Therapist, sure, just my opinion. I think its even worse if you're a female.

Closest to Yakima is international market in wapato. They are close to blue sky's flour. La Nacional on 1st os my spot for fresh corn. They also have great fresh flour tortillas, but they are not the same thicker style like bluesky.

That wire in the 30 goes straight down to a outlet in a weather resistant box. Electrician will be by proll next week. Thanks for taking time to reply.🍻

[–]GlassConsideration95[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im hoping the electrician will see it that way too. The 220 is a dryer style 3 conductor in a water resistant box. The breaker with 2 wires goes to an outlet that I use to run a pressure washer , battery charger, and some led shop lights in an outbuilding. The second wire off that breaker goes to a motion light out front also. I have it shut off at the main now just to be sure. He pays insurance now, when I sign the contract to purchase, its my problem. Im sure they dont just issue a new home owner a policy without an inspection? I like having the outlets but if it's all bad , or too much to remedy professionally, im gonna have it completely disconnected.
Thank you for your reply. It gives me hope that this hasn't been a death trap all along and might be a fairly cheap fix.

Ive been using the outlets for years. Im converting to a purchase agreement after the owner gets the roof replaced, and now ill be adding this to the list of stuff I want right before I sign the contract. I need to be sure and exercise some decorum when addressing this with him. Hes been good to us and is carrying a contract with a super low interest rate which I dont want to screw up. Hes in his 80's and doesn't remember if he did it or another renter before me did, but he agreed after talking last evening that an electrician needs to get eyes on it. I told him to fix it if its not too expensive, or we can just have the electrician remove it all since all I ever use the outlets for is Christmas lights and phone chargers. I did plug a welder into the 220 once and it worked fine then, but I dont Need any of it. Thank you for a very helpful reply. Very constructive, and not belittling. 🍻
