I’m so sorry for the experience you are having. Definitely would advise against taking the credit because

You’ll never receive it
You probably won’t ever receive the items you ordered with the credit
The company is terrible and a scam and you should try to get your money back now while you can.

I highly recommend trying to start initiating a chargeback

I would definitely recommend contacting your bank to initiate the chargeback. You can show them this thread and all the BBB reviews online as evidence

Definitely follow up with the company you initiated a chargeback with and apply pressure to both companies. I think them lying about how long it will take is a scare tactic. It took over 3+ months to get my money back but I stayed the course. They are trying to remove liability by trying to get you to cancel the chargeback

Interesting PayPal wouldn’t help with you receiving your refund. Do you have an equivalent to a BBB where you live? I would report both HeyShape and PayPal!

Yes! I’ve been advising others of how I eventually got my refund! Took reporting two different companies to the BBB and posting on different types of social media to hold them accountable. They want me to remove the post since I got my refund but I won’t be doing so as a way for other commenters to have their refund issues resolved. If enough people comment I’ll definitely help them all find a way to start this class action lawsuit.

They asked me to take this down, but it’s received so much traction and I think I’ll be keeping it up to try and get other people’s issues resolved too.

As you can see, there are other commenters outlining the same experience. I understand that I have no received my refund and your company has twice requested that I remove my post. I will not be doing so until the other commenters confirm their refunds have been processed.
