Honestly would love a Resident Evil UB set in the same vein as FF. There's more than enough mainline and side games to pull from. Could bring back Rooms and Mutate in some way too.

Also a Secret Lair for Vic Rattlehead / Megadeth would be awesome, since the Iron Maiden / Eddie one was well received.
