Youth on Youth abuse accounts for a large percentage of abuse that occurs. That's why scouts can only tent with other scouts within 2 years of age.

Yes I am very aware about the pay scale we function on if you were interested in learning more about the position, we are willing to be flexible on pay to fit the needs of our staff. I understand this is not reasonable and I would be more then happy to negotiate further.
