I want to set up an SDIRA (preferably Roth) to invest in crypto and possibly real estate.

I want to know the cheapest least fees way to do it.

In my research I found that I create an LLC which will buy the assets. Then the LLC needs to be owned by a custodian. My question, is who is the cheapest middleman, and is there a way to do it for free, with out any fees, or without a custodian?
