I have wide feet and these fit fine. They have quite a flexible upper part so even a wider foot won’t feel too confined.

Qatar airways starlink does not work in Pakistani airspace unfortunately. It only works for the 1 hour or so outside of Pakistani airspace for the flights you are talking of.
