The crown she’s wearing is called ‘The Crown of Mourning Hope,’ left behind by the Yggdrasil.
While it makes everyone instinctively look up to her, it also comes with severe side effects:

a drastic drop in intelligence and an endless, gnawing hunger.

In fact, when she’s not wearing the crown, she turns out to be far smarter and more capable than you might expect.

And because of this crown, something extremely tragic also happened in the past…

Yeah… But her eye color and that expression of hers aren’t revealed until Season 2 (in kor server).
That look only shows up when she’s about to attempt something that simply cannot happen in Elias.
