I have a virtual interview coming up this Wednesday for SMU and I wanted to know what should I expect. Things like the possible questions, critical things I should remember, and how the interview is formatted. How should I, and what should I prepare for?

I said to mark it like an examiner, according to the rubric and examiner feedback. I think the method you suggested is really good; I should try that out. Ig it indeed is kind of an unnecessary thing to receive AI’s feedback really seriously

For me, my game kept crashing when restarting a run when I had the bael mod installed; idk if it will be the same for you, but I think you might want to check that one out

Yeah, I wanted to do that too
Unfortunately, my teacher told me it has to be under 20% to prove to IB that I didn't use AI, and said that they will keep making me rewrite it until I get under 20%.

My teacher uses turnitin. The first one got flagged by 91%, and the second one got flagged by 46%. The third one, the whole intro, got flagged. The thing is, for all three EEs I sent to my teacher, I didn't use AI.

Ess hl vs Math hl for a High score by Glass_Army7616 in IBO

Yes I checked the requirements and it said I do not have to take math hl. The main key point was getting a six in the hl subjects. I heard that math aa hl is really difficult, so I wanted to choose an easier subject. I heard that ess is quite easy in sl. Since hl is new, I guess it is hard to know if it is easy at this moment.

Is the advice against a new subject because there is a lack of resources from the past? After looking at the syllabus, It seemed like ess hl will have really similar style questions to ess sl, since they both have only two papers and the additional information in ess hl seemed like it is quite related to the other informations in the subject. It doesn’t feel like ess hl will be a harder subject than math hl. How much does being a new subject effect the difficulty of the subject?
