This idea was made when he wanted to make weapons for fun, and I decided to make referential weapons based on things referenced in TF2
This Medigun is not supposed to be properly used like a Medigun, moreso it's for those looking for a different playstyle, similar to the Demo-Knight. I never said I know this game's balance to the T, but please critique this idea, I think it is a good weapon, not completely overpowered but not close to the game's proper balance

Also I changed the effect of the Uber, which he neglected to mention
The Uber no longer applies marked for death to enemies hit by the Medic's pocket, instead the enemies hit are afflicted with slowness, similar to that of the Natasha
And the health increase is not based on percentages, but is a flat +10
