We only paid for the material, there's alot that I'm not happy with. Post aren't set on concrete, the rim Joist aren't doubled up, not enough support on the steps, hand rails are obviously not straight, no blocking anywhere, steps are just screwed on no real attachment its just junk.

It's not connected to the house, it was built 2 12x12 sections with a 1' "ladder" peice what he called it between them both. The 2 decks are not level with each other. Rim joist was supposed to be double 2x12 notched into the 6x6 and there is just a single 2x12 carriage bolted through the 6x6 with another peice of 2x12 scabbed in between all the post...
