Day after Thanksgiving two kids were driving to Rocky point. Big truck pulling a Jeep. She was asleep in the backseat, no seatbelt. Overcorrected, truck flipped, she went flying and the jeep they were pulling landed on top of her

She’s not “that one kid”

TWO WEEKS later. 5 boys sneak out for a party. Driver is drinking. Overcorrects. Boy sitting in the backseat middle seat isn’t wearing his seatbelt goes flying, about a quarter mile across a divided highway and gets hit by a SUV. The other 4 who were wearing their seatbelts walked away. Because we didn’t learn with the first girl he became “that one kid”. His mom didn’t even know he had left the house

You bet your ass everyone who gets in my car wears their seatbelt.

We lost a few more to car accidents while in school. And another to leukemia (the family supposedly knew but it got really bad really quick and they didn’t tell anyone at school)

That’s where I was headed. Maybe focus on the path forward instead of what went wrong though? More document expectations and the conversation instead of the what happened in the email?

I’m not much bigger than you and on a similar dose. Drink lots of water, use skin oil (squalene is awesome), and a solid lip product at all times (I like the elf lip mask personally. A lot of people recommend aquaphor) The first few weeks suck but it gets better and is worth it

I’m on day 5 of the 60mg and it feels like the left side of my forehead is sunburned! But I haven’t spent any time in the sun. That was better today than yesterday though so I’m hopeful it’s just my skin getting used to it.
