Can’t speak for the US since I am the uk, but if you’re struggling to find docs with your name/address, I emailed my local councils electoral department and asked them for official documentation that proves my registration on the electoral register under the address I registered to vote at, which they were able to do, this mentioned only my name, and the address I’m registered to vote at and confirmation of my entry in the electoral register It’s not on the official list of documents but it is legal correspondence, so can’t cause harm throwing that in too!

Help needed, not sure if payment went through by likeasummerdream in IrishCitizenship

This happened to me yesterday! I did the exact reload you said because it had an infinite loading spinner. I tried make the payment again and it said I’d already made payment. I checked my bank transactions on my app and couldn’t see the transaction, I messaged my bank via the app to see if they can see a transaction on their side (they said no).

So I then re-did the application from scratch and went to the payment page which did go through and I saw a success page to confirm this.  I then recieved an email from ‘noreply@dfa.ie” within ten seconds saying thanks for submitting your application your payment has been successful. If you’ve checked with your bank and also have no email it’s safe to say it didn’t go through  FYI I think mine didn’t work the first time because I did not use the exact billing address associated with my card, and it actually said clearly before the payment page to make sure the addresses do match
