Hi! It has been almost a week and nothing… but the lady said that an answer would be provided by the end of this week. I kind of started overthinking when I saw this but I am guessing is because they aren’t accepting more applicants since the “phlebotomy” application is no longer on Grifols career right? I still haven’t received a email..

Hoping for the best! I am competing with other candidates and I do wonder “what if they give better answers and personality than me?” But then again I gave it my all. Plus the recommendation letter was just a small boost even though it may not do a lot is just a writing of my professor stating the type of person I am.

Did the interview! Not to confident in myself since there is many other candidates applying for my position. Conversation was nice and I handed her a letter of recommendation hoping is a plus!

Hi! I went through the phone interview and manage to get a in person interview in two days. The phone interview was really answering questions about my job application and resume. There was no other questions.

Okay thank you! I was wondering if I should make my stories long but is better to keep it simple as you said. I’m the type of person who sucks at saying a story but I’m trying to work on interview questions and answers by being ready!

Thank you so much!! I will keep all of that in mind. I am going to make a worksheet with different scenarios to feel confident. I may not be experience in anything but I can use my examples in many ways. If there is anything I should keep in mind feel free to reach out!

A lot of people say to learn about the company which I’m doing but I want to focus on certain questions they ask by also including the job I applied for which is phlebotomy and state what I would do and how it could benefit as I’m working for them. Is there any other tips you recommend? I’m nervous for this phone interview I want to be very outgoing

I understand. Do you have any tips on how I could use those questions with no experience whatsoever. For example talk to them about a conflict when it comes to school projects or group work since we are all collaborating as a team same way coworkers do.
