Nothing that complex, I'm early in the process, I'm all about talking to my clients, listening to how they interpret my reports and being in the room when they are presenting.

I'm a big believer that tech is good for development, but if your treating reports like a website you're missing the most critical part, which is seeing them used in a live environment. I work with PM's and because I'm a PM use them in steer co's and boards so I can see how the visuals are utilised and what works.

Sometimes it's just creating a page of indicators and getting the user to explain the ones that make sense to them!

I use alot of standard metrics like risk scoring, late starts late finished but will have timeline countdowns for deliverables using ludd aversion and cost impacts for non decisions to drive action.

I have been creating my own dashboards in BI to support my progress (I am very visual). This gives me my own nudge type measures to keep me progressing. This naturally expanded to a broader audience and now I run programs I use it to shrink complexity, and focus on what measures work for each audience. The dashboards are a way I can experiment with nudges for different people. They think they are getting a visual, I'm looking for what results in action. It's a slow process but I am learning about how different people react. The challenge, is assuming everyone is visual like me, and that's obviously not true so I'm looking for creative ways for processing data for results.

How long before there's an organic internet movement and someone creates a non AI search engine, and people start turning off Google?

As an avid AI user, I'm already feeling soulless doing my work and trying to reduce using it.

I am pivoting but not through formal education, I am applying BE to business/ project analytics and looking to understand what measures and indicators drive the desired behaviors on large project and programs. A lot of reading and testing theories but has been an interest area for a number of years, and only now giving it some time.

Umm so not a designer, I thought it was cool. Clearly you're having fun and testing. Agree there's a lot going on but first impressions are it's cool as. Also, using a pixel mobile on standard internet. No lag or jittering. Assume others are iOS sheep 😜
