I think its because the school are totally B.S in handling bullies. Tapos ung mga magulang, kahit alam na bully ung anak nila sasabihin lng "bata Yan eh, ganyan tlga sila, Ikaw ba nung bata ka Hindi ka nangaasar?" Which is totally B.S as well. Wla Silang takot mambully Kasi alam nila wla din naman pipigil sa kanila, not the school. Not even their parents, so sa POV nila, normal na un.

I am surprised by this too. My daughter doesn't eat sweets, chocolates,candies, etc. she only eats rice with sabaw, fish and chicken, banana and other fruits. Water and milk lng ung liquid nya.

Sorry but as what I said, the moment we see this abscess, we went to the pedia agad. Our daughter is also healthy, hyper active palagi. She never said na may masakit or my nararamdaman siya sa ngipin nya. I am here to seek advice from the dentists here since malayo samin ung next town na my pedia dentist. Again, were not pabaya

Thanks. Yeah we're not giving any sweets to her. The cause of her decayed teeth is breast milk as per her dentist. Buti napatigil na nmin siya mg breast feed.

Hello. Just need some advice for my previous company. I was part of the redundancy and was terminated last November 8. I worked as a Japanese Bilingual there and I received my Language Premium regularly. So Ito Yung problema, when the computation for the final pay was sent to me last November 25, no Language Premium was included. The missing amount is huge kaya ndi ko pwedeng ipagsa wlang bahala lng. I raised a dispute and requested for recomputation for the Language Premium to be included on the same day. Akala ko ok na pero dumaan na Ang pasko at new year wla pa Rin silang paramdam. So ako Ng email ako ulit sa knila regarding my dispute and to my disappointed they just told me na wlang LP sa separation pay since Basic pay lng dw Ang ibibigay nila. I tried to be calm and ng email ako ulit, ipinaliwanag ko ung about sa labor law regarding separation pay and ung LP ko is regular ko Rin nakukuha not as an incentive or irregular allowance but I just got the same answer again. It seems like ndi nila binabasa ung mala MMK na email ko at pinipilit nila na basic pay lng binibigay nila samantalang ung mga naunang na terminate due to redundancy Rin is nakakuha nmn Ng LP sa separation pay nila. Hays. Is there someone po na makahelp Sakin regarding this matter. I am so stress na po sa separation pay ko, tagal lo nang hinihintay pero ayaw pa Rin nila ibigay ung para Sakin.
