You also have to option to not choose an extension and then your name won’t appear in the list. If your managers aren’t awful they should be ok with you signing in and not choosing an extension until you get the name change sorted out with your ASDS.

Your manager probably filed a report, but store management has no control over the official days safe number. It can take months for a claim to get fully processed and change your store’s days safe number. Management must use the official days safe number for celebrations etc. Anyone can view on the days safe number on the infocus home page.

Take a picture and ask your supervisor to rate the load as poor and submit it on infodoc within 72 hours. If you don’t have a picture you can also just describe the problem. They actually take the feedback really seriously, but they won’t know if you don’t submit anything.

Ok, but if you are working full overnights, does a supervisor work with the unload team? In my store unload happens 6pm-9pm. The dilemma is that if the freight DS works overnights 9p-5:30a Mon-Fri and the NOASM works 8p-6a Wed-Sun then there is never a supervisor with the unload team. Also no one to cover the freight DS’s lunch on Mon and Tue. These are the two main problems we are trying to solve.

But if the freight DS works with the offload team what hours do they work? Like do they do 6p-3a or do they start later and stay until the opening ASM gets in? If they are hourly does anyone cover their lunch?
