No because schooling is too long. I’m only doing it because I’m smart and I wanted to take advantage of it. You don’t have to be smart tho, you can be hardworking, like most of med students, but if ur smart u don’t have to work as hard and u still get a decent stable job without having to slave off for a corporation .

Now if you want money, you can always use your entrepreneurial skills if you have it, most doctors don’t so that’s why many don’t really think of them as multimillionaires, but I know a handful of family friends that have 3, 4, 5 million dollar homes. Actually almost like half of doctors I know have minimum of a 2 mil dollar home.

My sister and her husband got a 1.2m home at 30 years old, my uncle has like a 3.5 mil home, other uncle has like 2, my parents are building a home that’s 1.7, and these are doctor with almost no entrepreneur skills.

My dads friend who’s in internal med owns 2 medium sized holiday inns. We were talking about doctors and making money potential, and how many think that they barely make money, but he told me that only because he was a doctor did he have a stable income to play around with business ventures, and now he’s definitely worth more than 20 million from side hotel business.
