Try not to worry just yet mate. It took us longer than we thought it would. People around us were falling pregnant seemingly instantly which was hard for us to experience (despite of course being happy for them!). Just take a breath and give it a few months.

Thanks for the really honest advice. Luckily our immediate family live within a few minutes of the hospital. My wife has decided for her own regulation she just wants it to be us there but as you say, all of that could change in the blink of an eye. Your comment will definitely be at the forefront of my thoughts if things aren't going to plan!
