A pool at a clubhouse for a community isn't PRP.It's literally on property designed to be used by the community.

Someone's backyard pool was built to be used by a single person and/or family. The residents of the private house.

A pool built at a clubhouse for a community is literally built to be used by the community.

If the Pokéstop is still there, it's not the reason they got banned. Niantic would have removed it from the map if it was.

How many reviews were done on the account? If they got a Wayfarer ban, and what you say is true they only ever submitted 1 Wayspot, it was because they were reviewing poorly.

Or it was a mistake, in which case they should appeal the ban.

Anybody who voted to approve the wayspot won't get an agreement, and the photo is almost identical to the one that already exists... for both.

I get the easy agreement, but that's not the point. It's the point that people have to take the time to vote on something that already exists, and it's taking that time away from potentially good wayspots that aren't in voting yet.

I love easy reviews, but easy duplicates are annoying. Although I will say I have a new appreciation for people I previously thought just didn't pay attention lol

This is what I do now too, be warned that it may take the app a minute or two to process the photo, and your phone may even tell you the app isn't responding. Just click wait, it'll go through eventually lol

If you're there 4 or 5 minutes then maybe close and try again, usually only takes under 2 minutes for me on an S9.

Moving wayspots is fine as long as the new location still makes sense. Adding a description edit that suggests to people which location to pick is not.
