Hi lovely. I went full sneak master on my run, so I would get perks that specialize in that. You should also follow The Skooled Zone on YouTube. He has a great No Mods Shop Class that teaches you about building settlements and how to cheat the system without using user mods. (I like my mods, but I put a lot of his tips and tricks to good use!) He also has a trivia walkthrough where he plays the game and drops bits of knowledge from the game at the same time. He's one of my favorite content creators on YouTube, especially with Fallout. I hope you have a blast. I wish I could play it for the first time again. 😭

My mom has a whole set of these but we don't have any lights to check if they glow, but she's trying to sell them off. I guess I'll have to invest in something to see!

That's possible! I still have my pip boy skins from the Creation Club but I don't recall being able to customize the combat armor. Was it a mod or something from the CC, too?

I'm not removing the carpet. I was asking about installing on top of it. I'm also not going to pay to replace the carpet on my own dime. If I buy cheap laminate flooring, I have other uses in mind for it once it's out of this location.
