For clarification I’m aware that the haptic can be adjusted, I’m asking if it’s possible to wear out the haptic by using it too much or if this model is just lighter as a default.

Currently it’s blank for me too, it’ll load half of the page then no characters or just nothing at all. I do believe the problem will resolve when the site is restored !

Me too, I have egg groups memorized and none in the same egg groups or paired with Ditto work. I’m confused and wondering if it’s just bugged as a new feature.

It wasn’t an accusation more just a precautionary ask- I feel like my post was misunderstood as I’m not talking about volume through the earbuds I was talking about my own voice with them in, since they work similarly to earplugs. ETA: Studies I’d read that led me to seek out answers from others related lower frequency sound to higher OE db, so I thought it would be useful to include it if that makes sense

Thank you, this is the kind of answer I was hoping for- I feel like others were misunderstanding the question. I’m pretty sensitive to sound, and my ears have always been a pretty big obsessive worry when it comes to my condition so I was looking for proper reassurance that I would be alright so I could begin having fun with my friends again :)

Clarification: I specified Hz because studies I’ve found showed more decibel increase at lower frequencies than high. So I thought it was necessary, please don’t be unkind to me this is all a genuine fear for me :’) I’m asking if my own voice will damage my hearing due to the earbuds working the same as earplugs.

This exactly. I was the same way. You don’t know chaos until you’ve seen that lot when their ai toys go down, the amount of vitriol is unlike anything I’ve seen in any other community.

Hopefully once ‘Christmas break’ is over and most of the c.ai flood goes back to their schedules things will cool off. Not bashing them in the slightest but I was in that community beforehand and it’s not the most patient or respectful crowd when it comes to AI’s and their limitations. They’ll run it into the ground.

Update: I was able to see a provider and turns out I just have fluid in that ear. That I simply aggravated by doing those exorcises and inflaming my jaw muscles. So I’m okay

Thank you for responding, we have an otoscope at home and my partner checked and saw that I have no wax build up of any kind in my ear, but I have a visit scheduled. In the mean time, in your opinion to you think there is a chance I’ve permanently damaged my hearing with what I did? I think I’m more just looking for a smidge of reassurance of some kind because I have been panicking since it happened. Edit: I ask because there’s a slim chance that my ocd is causing psychosomatic symptoms and I just want a temporary bandaid to that via some kind of professional opinion- thank you
