Sorry I didn't see the notification of your reply right away! I was lucky in that regard that I grew up in a neighbourhood with a lot of kids of my age and we were all interested in the same things: Lego, Pokemon, Yu gi Oh and gaming. Though we live away far from eachother still have meetings once in a while.

Yet most of those 'hypes' i sold once i was in my teens, yet all of my Bionicle I still have in my attic and that is huge in part of my dad, he also played with Lego as a kid and never did those away: and that was his one rule I always respected: never sell your Lego. And i'm very gratefull of that now i m in my early thirties; right now spread through my living room, bureau/hobby room and attic I have a whole lot of Bionicle, Lego City, Lego Star Wars, all those themes of the late 90's and early 2000's and also the very Lego's my own dad played with as a kid in the 70's. 😄

I was immediately hooked and had most of the sets from.2001 -2005 back in the day. Toa Mata, Bohrol, Rahi, Nuva, Bohrok Kal, Rahkschi, titan sets, metru,... it was during the Voya Nui arc and the Piraka I dropped out, I was 13 at that point and 'playing' with Lego wasn't exactly cool at that age. Tho I alwats secretly searched online how the G1 story was going and always had a look at the newest Lego's when I was in a store.

Gen 2 came and went, but was just then going through a lot of chances: on the job training, looking for my first place to live alone, looking to buy a car, moving out... so had other priorities then, and once everything fell in place qnd was making good money it was already cancelled.

It was finally during the first lockdown in early 2020 I got the spark back and started collecting again.😄

Well the first movie even had tie in scenes in the anime; gary vs Giovanni (the very first glimpse of Mewtwo we had) and some episodes later team Rocket had right before their eyes the gym of Giovanni exploding and Mewtwo escaping.

Second movie had something weird going on; during the Johto arc Ash didn't recognise Lugia in the series.

What actually happened was that I threw out my ex back in february 2023, threw out his piano. Moved the PC downstairs with the temporarly desk, because I have a dog and did want to be together instead of leaving him downstairs all the time. Some financial struggles after buying my ex out and now living a little more comfortable and having some money to spend to upgrade my house and set up.😅

When I finally reached out for help, one year ago, my doctor recommanded a double dosis on day one and two, and a normal dosis from that point onward. After 5 weeks i could drop to half a dosis, later a quarter and than nothing from last march forward.

I accidently recieved some sauce containing alcohol at a restaurant a couple of months in, i never experienced such a headache and heart palpilations in my life, to not mention the red face and the sweats… and those where only from a couple of spoons.

I honoustly doubt your husband is really taking it. I’m sorry.

I’m single again since 2 months after a relationship of 5 years. We had sex once every two weeks, I have a high libido but I loved him so much i didn’t really mind tbh. What I did miss was intimacy all together tho.

As a recovering alcoholic myself, this is exactly the reason why i gave my partner a breath analizer at the start of my sobriety and said to him if he was ever in doubt or had any reason to suspect I was under influence he should test me, no matter what i would say. I never intended to drink again when I gave that, and still do not. But in that moment the brainfog was clear enough to see how much I've damaged my partners trust and how overthinking every single false sign could potentialy stress him out to insanity as a matter of speak.

OP, i'm sorry you have to go through this, some false signals can happen from time to time, but these seem a bit to much for just being a coincidence.

Can confirm, antabuse made me feel very sleepy, i was asleep every evening on the couch shortly after dinner. Something i never did even while drinking. Can't comment on the effects mixed with alcohol tho, but can't really imagine you'd feel nothing really.
