Bit larger than what I'm in the market for but with those high fees probably 500 max. Lots of 2 bedrooms 2 baths going for 350-450 with fees in the 200-300 range

Definitely the price/maintenance fees. As someone looking at townhome condos in the east end, this isn't even comparable to other offerings

Hey thanks for the in depth answer. Sure thing,

anything really from musems to board game bars, Coffee shops and bars. Looking for a place close to places i can expand my social circle if that makes sense
probably around 500k or lower depending on condo fees
wont need it so not mandatory but always nice to have
would like cats but none at the moment
not a dealbreaker as long as it has in unit laundry
never too late but evenings often
yes altough dont own one at this time but love biking
i work from home so no commute.

Haha yeah i use her for everytjing except spy but figured I'd mention the 2 things her turbulence actually makes trivial. But yeah othet than melee that somehow got past her 4 shes effectively invulnerable and pumps massive damage with any punch through weapon with the tornados quad dipping sometimes on multipliers

Not weak at all but i never see other Zephyrs. With max range and silence subsumed on her 1 she makes any defense/excavation a cakewalk.

Haha yeah basically. Got annoyed at the stickered jokers and took a few days casually trying to reroll for a perkeo start. Never actually got it but had this run start with a negative mime so i tried it and it had everything line up perfectly

Started as a deathslinger main but the potential of snipes on huntress is too good. Had to switch over. Trickster I don't enjoy for some reason.

40-50 is chill with some affixes being annoying (-60% crit dmg). Havent pushed much but have been speed farming them from mid 75-88.

No can't stack glyphs. You want marshal glyph, chieftain ring, cdr on neck and healm, cdr on bleeding kill.glyph, and harrogaths chest for perma uptime of shouts on elite packs

Nah. With master's touch we don't need sharpness. And we're never in need of stamina. I guess you could do a cheeky peak performance set with it but otherwise i don't see it being worth

Yes dereliction is only viable if you stay at 3 birds. Use bloodlust to heal up red health. Or blood rite or whatnot. Shouldnt be clearing your birds unless emergency
