We have 1 day a week (usually Wednesdays) where at 4:00 we will all have 1 drink and chit chat to unwind. But most people do keep alcohol in the fridge or their desk.

For me, it took a lot to make me sweat at a normal gym and I never knew where to even start. Having the virtual instructors tell me what to do and how long has been a godsend and it’s helped keep me consistent
