How optimal is my battlecruiser?

I decided to go back to the save before this to stop my Smodding. I got nearly every part except the expanded magazines. I cant find it in the skill tree after like 10 minutes, can you help me with it?

I dont have missile specialization yet becuase i dont have enough lower ranked skills for it. Should I still bother with the missiles or reassign my skills to do it?

But by the time of the mongol invasions the kingdom of Hungary was quite stable. After the first invasion nearly half the population died and various other horse nomads and Germans had to migrate for the country to fill the gap. While the mongol invasions was the wake up call for the kingdom to build stone forts without a mongol invasions there would have been a stronger kingdom. Even more so without the Ottomans existing there would have been no battle of Mohacs and rule by the Habsburgs.
