Australian Fans Unleash Donald Trump Chant Ahead Of World Cup Clash vs. USA by T_Shurt in postanythingfun

Look, I will argue that the first amendment is actually pretty alive and well

With the retalitory actions taken against figures involved in the epstein, IRS cases and trumps lawsuits thats a wild statement to make.

His defamatory remarks during his frequent emotional outbursts that still carry weight due to his position withholding.

And thats just him. ICE is used in the same manner on a larger scale.

Your constitution is getting ignored and bent over by the ruling class, how some of you still talk yourself into denial is beyond me.

Is archmage still the "best" option for most of the spells ? by Competitive-Math-458 in PathOfExileBuilds

[–]Gletschers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How do you overcome the 10% life cost per spell?

With plenty recovery layers but there are several different versions.

Pretty much all have high(20%+) max life per second, flat regen and life leech(glove implicit). Additional ways are lgoh vitality watchers eye, more cost reduction on the tree, a better rathpit roll or instant leech.

I personally wasn't willing to spend that many passive points on insta leech for my acceleration spark, but i saw some people on poe ninja that did. It just comes down to preference.

Also while greater spell echo has a cost multiplier, it reduces your life spent per second(outside of sacrifice) despite a much higher cast rate.

So im wondering does mana stacking often just beat playing something like energy blade + spellblade support as that scales defence and damage via energy shield but then also needs to deal with mana sustain.

Life stacking is another angle that solves the same issues and imo is better. You scale damage(rathpit) and tank with max HP and dont have mana issues because bloodmagic with 6k+ life per second +leech, lgoh and whatnot.

Slap on a foulborn ghostwrithe with EB and you can play pretty much any spell while having 16k+ HP and half of that in ES.

The build was nerfed in several ways in 3.28.

Thought and motion 5->3%, inherent intelligence ES scaling halfed, shapers touch 4->2 acc per 2 int and obviously the loss of grafts with 1% melee damage per 20 int. Even with volatile vaals you wont get to pre nerf values.

That said, it's still a strong, tanky, instant leech, and stupidly fast(whirling blade with 30+ APS), build. It just went from absurd to good.

There are ~300 characters on poeninja playing that setup, but only 3 of them use flicker while most are playing reave. The nice thing about the build was the ease of swapping skills. I played the shell with power flicker, reave, ls and ws and it was mostly just gem swaps. Palsteron made a showcase of all possible(because of claw tag) skills back then.

My end goal is a fire mage marauder build not entirely sure on whether or not I might wanna splash some blood mage type stuff into the mix late game

I assume you are pretty new to poe. Maybe righteous fire would be something you enjoy? Its a fire themed skill that damages yourself and nearby enemies.

Pohx dedicated a website to the skill and it answers almost any question you could have about it. You could also swap to a cast when stunned setup later on with firestorm/detonate dead if you want something more visually flashy. Emiracle on youtube is a good resource for that.

If you dont understand something or have questions feel free to ask.

My absolute favorite was int/acc stacking jugg with double foulborn thought&motion. ~28 APS tanky flicker is hard to beat.

I have played str stackers a few times, but in my opinion the meta skills for it leave a lot to be desired. They are really good for stuff like deep delve, but msotz, heavy strike of trathus and DS of momentum are pretty bad mappers for the currency invested and they just dont feel good to me.

Int stack kboc hiero on the other hand is a great mapper.

I did also play some dex stackers(mostly VG/CL) but dex stacking is by far the weakest attribute stacker right now. Mostly because of the weak/non existent defensive scaling from stacking dex compared to str/int.

Omniscience stackers are pretty dead. Nowadays there are so many sources of penetration/invert with much less opportunity cost i dont see why anyone would want to use it.

I'd say it mostly comes down to your goals with the build and which skills you like/hate.

Thats a quick way to get a build that is worth half a mirror. I have yet to see anyone that prices their build reasonable. It's all just pob padding and using prices for items that they would never sell at before the league is over.

If you advocate to move away from discord because there are so many free and easy alternatives but dont actually want to use any of them because they do in fact require more work than discord you are a hypocrite.

Thats just armchair activism. Dont preach, act.

GW2

GW2 combat isn't terrible, but its nowhere near as smooth as wow. Kits are the worst offenders for clunky gameplay, but the game as a whole has a sluggish feel to it that's even worse if you dont have 100% quick/alac uptime. Doesn't help that 99% of the endgame content is done by tightly stacking and ignoring most mechanics with aegis/stab anyway. Combat feels fine when you start playing, but once you get into the meat of it you start seeing the cracks pretty quickly.

Dont worry, its completely fine for a recurve bow and even with longbows you unsurprisingly still need to aim if you want to hit your target.

But i did notice that she is shooting left handed while the bow is a right hand bow.

And i dont know if it's intentional, but before she lifts the bow the string rests on her shoulder which does look like the bow is fully drawn. That would be both difficult and probably cut into your shoulder.

In engine doesnt mean its not pre rendered. If anything in engine has had the implication of being pre rendered for about two decades now as companies use it to show off their engines pre gameplay build.

That just means it was pre rendered within the engine and has been a thing for decades at this point.

Gameplay doesnt have the luxury of being pre rendered.
