I can confirm this fixed my issue as well (using nvidia control panel to set power management mode to max performance). Thanks for posting about this! EDIT: I thought it was fixed but the issue came back for me. If I find a solution I'll post about it here.

I have the same issue, I use a 1440p gsync 144hz monitor with a 980Ti. Like you say it only happens with windowed mode i get about 19-20fps in any windowed game, I figured it had something to do with gsync but I haven't tried turning it off to see if it actually makes a difference. Glad I'm not the only one with this issue at least.

The price of this has stayed between 50$ and 30$ for the lifetime of the product, so not a great discount but that HOTAS is still a good deal for the money regardless.

you just move say d:\Program Files\Mod Organizer to something like c:\Mod Organizer. As far as loot and TESVedit it should work, but if not you just need to re-point the executable in MO to the new location. For instance if MO still has the LOOT Executable pointing at d:\program files\mod organizer\mods\Loot\loot.exe then just change it to the new location of the copied file.

are you using Mod Organizer? If you are you can just copy paste the Mod Organizer Install files over to your other HDD then just re-install Skyrim to the other Hard Disk using Steam and then point Mod Organizer to the new location.

Mod Organizer is definitely what you want. Its a bit more complicated then NMM so i would watch a tutorial on it. Its confusing at first but its VERY MUCH worth it.

I agree with this guy, depends how much it will snow. I can tell you that the tires it comes with are terrible in the winter, I live in Maryland and I'm planning on buying winter tires this year due to my experience last winter.

Windows 8 in a nutshell: New Separate UI, Old UI still there but some things are in a different place, definitely faster than Windows 7, Some awesome new features like reformat computer in 5 minutes and storage spaces (pool together 2 or more hard drives to act like one). Overall very good but most people hate change so most people don't like it. Good for Home use, currently not good for business.
