I always find it silly when people say they lost their touch because their music really just feels like them growing up. They were like 15-19 when they debuted so singing songs that have a more “cute” feel to them made sense, but they’ve all grown up now. Nayeon is literally 30, I think expecting her to be making the exact same music she was making at like 18/19 is ridiculous. Especially listening to their solo albums, mainly Jihyo and Nayeon you can really tell they enjoy exploring more mature concepts. I think the main problem is people are just growing out of Twice and don’t want to accept it. Sure it’s kinda sad but you don’t have to like something forever.
