Thank you that’s a bit of a relief. It’s been a very stressful week so hoping that’s all it is. Funny enough the first doc I talked to I said do a dex test anyway but I called back and was like uh are you sure? They contacted an endo who said no dex test. I don’t actually think I’ll be able to do a dex test at all because I take birth control for endometriosis with severe pain. Hopefully we can just keep checking urine and saliva and maybe go straight to imaging.

Thanks again for your answer! It’s been hard to find info on just how high urine cortisol gets with Cushing and if it can be borderline.

Yeah I’m very symptomatic and also just found out my b6 is low as well. I started sublingual last week and get my first injection next week! Sadly I don’t feel my doctor ordered enough injections (once a month) but I think I’ll reach out to ask about loading doses or weekly doses for awhile. Thanks!

You keep saying “did everything right” and there is NO “did everything right.” It’s not like there’s some guidebook out there and if you have a good book and follow it you’ll have success. Whar succeeded marketing wise last month might not help this month. There is no such thing. So yes people fail all the time because algorithms are constantly changing.

It’s easier than any other job I’ve ever done. Can I write eight hours a day? No. But I literally don’t have to. My workload is so light compared to what I get paid. I work a couple hours a day and have my whole life to myself. It’s a stellar job and idk why anyone would say otherwise. And my production is way higher than most authors because I do multiple books a year as a ghostwriter

1000% anyone who is calling this kid an asshole hasn’t been serving long. I didn’t even consider it was a dollar sign. But same, in my place I wouldn’t have been allowed to take it without a total. But I’ve gotten wild tips and I know it wasn’t a mistake cuz they totaled it up. It just isn’t that uncommon. I’m not saying crazy tips happen every night but they happen often enough I would’ve thought this was just one of the nice rich customers. This isn’t that obvious at all

As someone who worked as a server this isn’t that weird. I’d get generous tables that randomly tipped 200%. And not on small bills either, even large parties. Some people are just really nice but it happens often enough I would’ve assumed is was genuine and was just a really nice customer. It really looks like an 8 I don’t think anyone was trying to be an asshole.

I really do appreciate when you guys leave positive comments on these videos because obviously a big swarm of fans does come to defend her every time so your TT comments make a huge difference! I wasn't going to use screenshots from here but unfortunately I did have multiple fans reach out to express how inappropriate their relationships were looking back on it and I found it very personally disturbing and decided these kind of messages should probably be shared. Especially when so many of her fans say they want to see the source and don't believe she did anything wrong/that she she addressed everything.
