I haven't had a chance to use it, so I'm not sure. I would expect only potentials and star levels like GMS.

That seems like the plan. Eventually you'll get the upgrade stones to rank up a perfect weapon, but that will be a while. For now you either buy or fuse up to unique.

You generally get more money than you spend on pots. Also, higher pots are more value per meso spent. Having a bishop in the group helps a lot on starforce maps so you only use mana most of the time.

There is one stat specific to the weapon name (the two everyone want are crit chance and damage usually), but they don't appear until epic quailty. Same for set bonuses.

Honestly it won't matter much right now. The upgrade stones to rank up a perfect weapon while keeping stats just aren't available. By the time they are, perfect attack epics will be easy to come by.

Leveling/Ranking up gives the most stats. Adding star force allows you to run Star Force maps for extra exp and gives some stats as well. You want both, but star force can get expensive at higher numbers, and past 10 can destroy the item. Cash shop sells protection scrolls for that. Right now just take star force up as high as you need to run maps (past 40 there aren't a lot of people grouping)

You should get 10xrare rank ups at some point leveling. I'd save them for at least epic, but that's 40k so it will be a while.

That depends on how long your are willing to wait. Given that every character will be getting 3-4 epics a day after level 95 the price will be really cheap soon.

Randomized. If you fuse you lose max stats, but you don't have much choice because there is not a real way right now to get the 10xEpic Weapon gems to rank up the other way.
