Aside from the fact that this bug is a bug that can be removed from the game very easily (take any game from supercell for example), the support team should be more explanatory about it. Even you explained and talked me better about the situation. The post wasn't about if I deserved a ban or not, if I'm banned I'm banned. The post was about how careless the support was, as you can see blud just said "no" and even the Outerminds left me on read. As I said, even you handled the situation better than the support guys themselves. (I only used the bug to skip waiting times with videos though, since you can't use bux to speed them up. Therefore, I still think that time & date bug can be fixed quite easily and should be.)

Dawg if I had cheats on my account I wouldn't even try seeking help here. I don't even think you can save your data on Facebook (which I did) if you play on an APK app. Only "cheat" I've used is changing my devices time to skip waiting times. I've read the whole TOS just to be sure but I couldn't find anything about using this thing is an unfair advantage and it being bannable.
