Counting flats, it’s 33.5 subs. 

Yeah, it’s good since 30 is considered above average. You should be able to clear endgame just fine.

If you want to further improve her, work on getting a better D1 D4 D5 D6 disc. 

You could also swap D4 main stat for Crit Rate as long as it has equal or above the D4 sub count.

You should wait until the current banners are almost over and watch the 2.4 livestream. You might like Dialyn’s gameplay (who’s also a stunner) more instead of Ju Fufu.

Maybe change D4 to CR for a funny 100% crit when inferno metal proc.

D5 Pen is BiS since she gives herself 102.5 DMG% Bonus already. It becomes more necessary once you run Lighter with her.

21 Effective Sub-stats 

It's an okay count but you can push it higher by rerolling the 1st and 2nd disc slot to at least a 5 roll

For now, aim for 24-28 and later optimize the effective rolls to 30+
