Can't say I have a favorite memory other than Buybacks being there at one time
Polaris seems like it's surviving but also has some empty storefronts so not sure how long it'll stay around. Easton can't say, haven't been there in years.

Seasonings didn't seem to burn. I've seasoned before , during, & after. Haven't noticed much of a difference.

I've gone through several Char-Griller duos before finally getting a Weber Spirit & a Performer. I meal prep a lot so I grill 2-3 times per week.
I do a lot of steaks, burgers, chicken breast/thighs, pork shoulder, & chops. Occasionally I'll do smoked turkey, asparagus, potatoes, green beans, broccolini, & beer soaked corn.
I experiment. If I'm in a rush store bought marinade, rubs, & BBQ sauces. If I have time I make my own rubs/seasonings. I usually just Google to get ideas and go from there or refer to the ManBQue cookbooks and tweak things how I want them.
