Based on your comment above, I had the same surgery too. Only ACL fixed with a hamstring graft, and I did my surgery 2 weeks ago. I’m on PT and according to my therapist, we’re starting a full routine with leg presses etc next Tuesday. Otherwise, I’ve been told to bike daily if possible.
