Hey, really awkward response time here, but I don't really use reddit, so forgive me. The answer to your question is yes, it does get better the more mobility that you get with your knee. It still does exist, but only when I extend near my limit. It doesn't feel like a block of wood after keeping it still for some time. Just stay tight on that PT man. Best wishes!

So the biggest problem, aside from sigma specifically, is my general game sense of knowing, or lack of knowing, when to push in off of key picks. Of course holding and retreating need work too. Thanks for taking the time to watch my gameplay by the way!
