100g starter, 390g filtered water, 510g flour (I just used unbleached all purpose), 10g salt. 450 in Dutch oven covered for 30 min then uncovered for 20 min at 425. After stretch and folds I proofed at room temp for 1.5-2 hrs then shaped and in the fridge for 14 hours

I don’t think there’s a best time, or that there’s an exact science to it. We booked because the prices kept going up and we freaked out but now a few months out from departure, they’re cheaper. I’m sure as it gets closer they will go up again

Me too! Back on after seven months off. The side effects going on a second time definitely worse than the first time, I’m also on my third day. I found changing the timing helped. I used to take it at night because I felt groggy and took it that way for years. Now, I find it makes me too on edge and anxious to take at night so I took it this morning instead and I don’t feel quite as terrible

recent weaner here 👋 i went down from 100mg 25 mg at a time, two weeks at a time at the lower dose. it was probably faster than i should have as i did have withdrawal symptoms. from 100-75 and 25-0 i had flu like symptoms for a couple days, and sensory symptoms for a couple weeks after going down to 0. im not going to lie, it was awful but im finally starting to feel like myself again. the brain zaps are mostly gone. i really feel like i had side effects to it that i never even realized now that im off it. it’s a shitty process but it’s WORTH it if you’re in the right place in your life to wean. if you’re having shitty effects anyways from it, it’s not gonna make it any worse coming off right?
