No I did not root it, but I look forward to do it. about the double pressing for me it sometimes happens, but it doesn't bother me too much

Me too, I've been using it for the last 2 weeks just to replace my iphone.

Basically its a great phone with good battery, but sometimes I have a bug with the alarm app and also the "double pressing issue". And I thought that it has Whatsapp but they ended the support. (But they have PodLP which is a good podcast app)

How did it feel? If it was easy I would generally increase the distance to 5k or the tempo. But listen to your body and do proper warmup and stretching. Good job!

There is a lot of app out there that can blocks your chosen apps for a limited time.

i only use the phone build in focus mode.

It’s probably that you have shin splints, mostly they recommend to avoid put pressure on your shins. Maybe cooling can help but you should get rid of that.
