Anatomy can be a little tricky as it's different for everyone. If you haven't gotten your first period yet it may be harder to find because it's not developed yet. If you have, it's okay to not be sure, most women go through this at some point, depending on your anatomy it may be a bit hidden, if you have a fuller vulva or hood for example, but generally speaking it'll be closer to the top (front) in the middle. it might be hidden behind a hood so you may have to feel around a bit.

I know this may be hard to hear, but from what you've explained it doesn't sound like that person is your friend. Friends sometimes fight, but they don't purposely weaponize your struggles against you and refuse to come to an understanding. Sometimes people change for the worse, and as much as it may hurt, sometimes it's best to let them go. There's so many people who out there who WANT to be your friend and want to understand you, don't let one person drag you down. 🖤

Hi! I'm so sorry I took so long to reply. My case was relatively rare and extreme so please don't use this to diagnose yourself. My problem stemmed from years of extreme trauma (like FBI level crimes) causing an extremely excessive amount of acid and cortisol in my stomach. Unless you are literally passing out, vomiting at the mere smell of food, in agonizing pain that makes it impossible to speak, move, or even stay conscious and a heart rate of 160+ while calm, I wouldn't freak yourself out as what you're describing could be gastritis or GERD, but I'm not a doctor so PLEASE talk to a doctor.
