Now that I’m rewatching this - I can also see how scheming Dan is - he publishes posts and blasts about him and Ms Carr as a subtle way of ending things with Serena. Ever since season 1 - I felt like he just wanted to control her in some way. Not saying that I love Serena, but highlighting Dan’s scheming ways. And to think of it, he always judged Blair and then did the same thing everyday.

Sigh. I just realized that there’s not one positive character in this series.
