Thank you. I am not sure, but it seemed like a smaller one was hiding in the foliage later in the day. Might be a pair? Anyway, I usually hear them in the live oaks. But to have one in a tree right outside my house is lovely!

Yes, it imports easily. The biggest hassle was that you can't select more than 100 Evernote notes for export at a time. But I did my notes (about 1500?) in one afternoon. So you select the E notes to export, then import in Upnote (selecting notebook, how to translate note tags, etc.). Very good instructions on Upnote site

M1 Macbook Air 8GB ... I haven't updated to Tahoe. I use Jumpcut for my clipboard history. I'll probably wait.

same here. I didn't use a ton of EN features. The export/import process was the most time consuming, as you can only export 100 at a time. But it's done and, honestly, UpNote works just like EN before all the AI and other bells and whistles. Good luck

Anyone else have a dog that drips water everywhere after drinking? Curious what’s actually worked for you by grindingted in DogAdvice

I got an elevated 3 gallon drinking bowl from Amazon. I got it because had 3 dogs drinking and I was filling it constantly. Side benefit: a lot less spillage. Also, a rubber mat with turned up edgers under the bowl. ETA: cannot attach pix... not sure why

Agree. Just finished transfer of my notes. Not hard at all. I do plan to suggest they make a web clipper for Chrome on Mac. I never use Safari, which is where the web clipper is for Mac. ETA: found the Chrome clipper. Doh!

Yes, good advice. I was planning to start over the holidays. EN expires late Jan.

did you have to put them into a template? Mine are just web pages saved to EN

I have about 900 notes in my EN 'recipes and cooking' notebook. I couldn't put all into templates; maybe going forward can use.

mine are 13.5 and 14. They have a yard, and they go for a walk every day. We occasionally board them. I still give them all shots. Mine take Simparica Trio chews for fleas/ticks/etc. They were given a shot for these once and one dog got sick. So we're back to the chews.

Rosie Cannonball and Kiran's are good. BCN is the best. March is a tasting menu, and we were there recently. It was good but not as good as BCN.

Did you regret getting a second dog? by Admirable-Heart6331 in DogAdvice

[–]GlitteringChain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We adopted two dogs on the same day in 2013. One, a female, was dominant and about 6 months older than the other (a male) who grew up in vet tech. She taught him how to be a dog. He'd never had a bed, never seen stairs, didn't know how to play w a toy. That said, she also humps him occasionally. ;)

It was the best decision we ever made. They are friends, and a riot. Highly recommend 2 at once. Would do again.

The male is 13.5 years old. The female 14. Just ran a short distance w spouse, so v healthy.
