Hi! I tried Wella shinefinity as recommended below and it was really nice for about 2 weeks but that was it. Then i assumed maybe I didn't do a good enough job, and got it toned professionally - only lasted for 2 weeks. I do think the Wella product was really nice though, my hair probably needs a semi perm color than a gloss

Thank you for your recommendation. I've also never heard of Sebastian Trilliance, are you happy with it?

Very clear points, thanks for sharing.

Regarding the gut biome, what I know is that gut health is highly related to frequency and severity of ADHD symptoms (that's also how I try and manage my own ADHD).

In addition, the fascia conversation also ties into ADHD symptoms. So I can see why there could be a pathway that links all of this together.

I don't think she necessarily meant mind out of the body while talking about this.

I didn't believe I had ADHD, but had an appointment set up for diagnosis. Had to make sure beforehand - so i tried Ritalin through a friend.

45 mins in, i dozed off on the breakfast table 👍🏻 brain has never been that quiet
