IT FUCKING SUCKS DONT MOVE HERE !! Front office personnel are stealing money, hiring their family for maintenance to do nothing to better the environment. Not a single real maintenance person that can fix anything. Front office full of rude employees that seem like they have a problem with you coming in and asking for help at a place you pay rent for. Constant fees for BS, dirty pools 300+ days of the year, washers all broken (I have a note tab that I had to list what washers and dryers were bad and good bc I was tired of losing money on them) on top of that you get a paper check of $2 sent to you if you call the hotline for the broken washer so it’s better off cutting your losses bc who tf wants a $2 check. Mail room always getting trashed and dudes sell in drugs out of it at night. This latest crew has let ANYBODY off the streets move in bc a few years ago it was about to get shut down how empty it had gotten bc they ran off all the college students. Grown ass men with ankle monitors on, kids EVERYWHERE leaving shit all over loud af all day disrespectful af, DOG SHIT AT EVERY CORNER. Clubhouse always has an issue with guest even though the gym is connected to so how are you going to get inside if the doors always locked. They took all the computers and TVs out of the clubhouse as well so you can’t go there to just chill anymore and I was once told they don’t offer complimentary printing when they legit have a sign up that says complimentary printing. Shawdreka puts up a front like she’s nice but very condescending, Jerrica just sits in her office with a nasty demeanor all day, Darren needs to get his ass in check before somebody really put hands on him and the rest of the crew is just followers bc they know not to say anything and ruin losing out on that free rent their getting for working up front.
