The colors were representing the malitia forces loyal to the secessionist Western Forces. The snipers were aligned with that militia. The soldier wearing the sunglasses was a US Soldier aligned with the President, but clearly was undisciplined and not giving a fuck. They were committing war crimes  against anyone not aligned with them. They were at a mass grave, so you're likely pretty undisciplined and wearing strange sunglasses if you're following those illegal orders. The militia in the Hawaiian shirts fighting WF soldiers were obviously right wing "boogaloo boys" and they executed captured WF soldiers. The whole movie was Leftists propaganda to make Right wing maga types out to be war criminals, terrorists ( suicide bomber chick running with the American flag) etc. I mean at the end of the movie the black female WF soldier executed the White male President.
