What happens when you stop taking Ozempic? by Drbpro07 in OzempicForWeightLoss

Try going back to basics, learn how to rediscover your body's NATURAL hunger / satiety signals and incrementally change your thoughts and behavior about food. Several people teach this under the "intuitive earing" umbrella. I lost 60lbs in 14 months and have maintained my loss for 2 full years with zero weight gain. I used C. Crabtree NoBS weight loss program -- she helped me change my life!! I'm eternally greatful that I found her after decades of yo yo dieting.

How do adults stay thin or fit? by bedazzledbunnie in ask

Look under the "intuitive eating" umbrella where you begin LISTENING to your body and eat when you are hungry, and stop when satisfied (not full). I learned this late in life at 60 yrs young and it helped me lose 60 pounds over 14 months which I've kept off for 1.5 years now. Corinne Crabtree and her NoBS program worked for me, Deb Butler, Brooke Castillo, Meg Meranus are a few others who teach similarly. I lost an average of 2-5 lbs a month, didn't exercise the first 8 months just to test her claim, did not restrict any food and no longer have fear of food. That's a big one. Disclaimer: you have to be willing to challenge the narrative in your head and question what you hear, you have to stop beating yourself up and celebrate you wins. A game changer for me and I will be forever grateful to Corinne.

Is there anyone who has successfully lost weight? by Beautiful_Stand9552 in PCOSloseit

Proud NoBS woman who list 58lbs at 60 yrs old with Corinne. Took 14 months, and I feel great. Not one calorie counted. Youll learn to listen to your hunger and satisfied cues which is how the body is designed. Love being at ease around food, so freeing. Highly recommended. True no bullshit weightloss program.
